Offis is made by Takahashi Corp LLC. These are the terms you use it under.
Offis for Mac keeps your terminal sessions alive on a machine that stays on, and Offis for iPhone mirrors and controls them. Your sessions run on your own hardware, under your own accounts, with the tools you choose. Offis is the wire and the window; the work is yours.
Offiser is Offis's agent. Its replies come from third-party AI models through OpenRouter. What is sent: what you say to it, and a snapshot of your fleet: computer names, session names, folder names, window titles, which program is running and whether it is busy. Not sent: your email address, or what is on your terminal screens.
An account is made the moment you open the app. Giving an email address links a phone and a desktop to the same account. You are responsible for what runs in your sessions and for the machines you link.
Offis is provided as is. We keep sessions running as well as we can, and we say plainly when we cannot; we do not promise uptime, and we are not liable for what your sessions do.
